DUŠAN MACURA, sports teacher and philosopher, Eleventh Academy
Training includes occasional stretching, strengthening and relaxation exercises accompanied with simple explanations. It is designed to help strengthen the psychophysical power and harmony of a human organism and thus boost immunity against professional and educational loads (forced posture, tension and stress). During training the participants will acquire certain exercise patterns for further independent use. The training takes place once a day for an hour.
