SWAN SONG is this year's project of the Cello Attacca!! cello ensemble, which celebrates its 11th anniversary this year. It was initiated by the Bled Festival and is under the mentorship of cellist Karmen Pečar Koritnik. The ensemble is modelled on the Cellomania project of the renowned Croatian cellist and professor Valter Dešpalj. The current and former members of the ensemble are students of Prof. Karmen Pečar Koritnik, who have gone on to win top prizes at international competitions, and some of them are already pursuing successful careers in the international arena. During its 11 years of existence, the ensemble has performed throughout Slovenia, including at Cellofest Ljubljana 2022, and has collaborated with soloists such as Marko Hatlak and Zvezdana Novaković.
